Appraisal Fees
After an initial complimentary review of your property and project needs, your appraiser will provide you with an approximate cost estimate and project timeline. Formal appraisal reports begin at $300 an hour with a three-hour minimum. Turnaround time will vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.
