Art and décor from across Latin America can be found throughout the year at Moran’s. From Mexican silver to Argentine sculpture to Haitian paintings, Moran’s is a leading force in bringing important works from throughout Latin America to market.
These important works can be found most recently in our Made in Mexico auctions that include Mexican fine, decorative and modern art and jewelry by some of the most important names of the past two centuries through to today. Other works can be found in our Traditional Collector auctions with Contemporary and Modernist examples in 20th Century Art + Design. Select pieces from a range of aesthetics appear in the Studio and ReDesigned auctions.
Morgana Blackwelder has been in the antique business since 2004.
Morgana joined Moran’s full time in 2007 as a client service specialist. In this position, she was pivotal in the expansion of the jewelry department and creating stand-alone sales in coordination with the sale director. During this same time, Morgana became one of Moran’s fine art cataloguers and found her true love of fine art.
After taking a sabbatical to travel the world, she has returned to a full-time position as our Director of Fine Art.
