Assistant

As Moran’s Photography Assistant, Jacob is responsible for facilitating the operation, flow, and organization of all catalogue and creative photography projects for over fifteen auctions per year.

Jacob joined Moran’s as an Art Handler, where he assisted with the overall lifecycle of property ranging from logistics, storage, tracking, and art preparation. Originally from Indiana with a background in retail management, Jacob moved to California in 2017 to follow his dreams of working in the art industry. He has a passion for Japanese art and design, abstract expressionism, and street art.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing and writing music, designing custom audio equipment, hiking, and getting lost in antique stores.
