  • Condition: Full sheet and the colors bright. Extensive foxing affecting the right quarter of the work, with the foxing extending a little over halfway along the lower edge. Occasional other scattered foxmarks. Mild light-staining where the paper is exposed. An unobtrusive, possible tear extending 1" vertically from the lower edge, left of center, just into the blue pigment. The white gouache in the outer border is flaking, with areas of pigment loss, especially on the left sheet edge. The edges and corners are worn, with scattered small paper and pigment losses. The corners are worn, and dog eared, with the lower right corner showing significant impact distortion. Scattered surface soiling showing mostly in the white painted border and the verso. The sheet is loose.

In circumstances where Moran arranges for such third-party services, Moran may apply an administration charge of 15% of that service fee. Moran assumes no responsibility for acts or omissions in such packing or shipping by other packers or carriers, even if recommended by Moran. Moran also assumes no responsibility for any damage to picture frames or to the glass therein.
