  • Notes: Note: The design of this chair was an effort to solve the problem of how to properly hold every article of a gentleman's clothing set at the end of the day to preserve their form without wrinkles. Wegner initially conceived of this chair with four legs but was unsatisfied with the heavy-looking form. The final model is sculptural as well as utilitarian
  • Condition: Height of seat: 17.5'', width of seat: 18.5'', depth of seat: 13.5''. Structurally sound. With an overall even deep original color to timber. General marks, nicks and scratches to surface commensurate with age and use. With a fine seam to center of seat. With a few scattered nicked losses to timber around edges of seat. The largest area: 1'' x 0.75''. Typical wear to feet. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
