  • Condition: Each overall good/generally good appearance. Some works with very pale light-staining, soft handling marks, and areas of minor surface soiling. Cawston Ostrich Farm, South Pasadena, with scattered creasing and puckering to the outer edges. The Palace Hotel, San Francisco, with a pea-sized semi-circular tear near the upper left corner and unobtrusive, scattered white residue in the sky. Each not examined out of the frame.

Following the auction, successful buyers will have until August 8, 2025 to collect purchases after which, uncollected lots shall be relocated to and stored in a third-party warehouse. Lots remaining uncollected after August 8, 2025, regardless of payment status, are subject to a per-lot one time transfer fee and a daily storage charge.

Transfer fee of small lots and most fine art: $65
Daily per-lot storage: $10
Due to its size, weight, or quantity, this lot is subject to additional handling and packing fees if removed to offsite storage.

As a courtesy to buyers, Moran provides a list of preferred shippers who are in the business of transporting antiques and works of art. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping estimates and deliveries.
