  • Condition: Each with staining throughout, some sheets with more visible and prominent staining; Boy and girl standing by a huge sea bass, Sailboats off Catalina, and Native American woman standing before a door with significant staining, presumably attendant with possible glue used on the verso sheet, not showing on the recto. Mountain lodge with a 1.25" vertical tear in the upper edge, at left. Bouldered Beach, Catalina, with a 1" semi-circular tear near the center of the upper edge and two long vertical creases extending throughout the sheet at the center and the right half. Some works with minor handling creases and surface soiling. Not examined out of the frame.

Following the auction, successful buyers will have until August 8, 2025 to collect purchases after which, uncollected lots shall be relocated to and stored in a third-party warehouse. Lots remaining uncollected after August 8, 2025, regardless of payment status, are subject to a per-lot one time transfer fee and a daily storage charge.

Transfer fee of furniture and large lots: $85
Transfer fee of small lots and most fine art: $65
Daily per-lot storage: $10
Due to its size, weight, or quantity, this lot is subject to additional handling and packing fees if removed to offsite storage.

As a courtesy to buyers, Moran provides a list of preferred shippers who are in the business of transporting antiques and works of art. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping estimates and deliveries.
