A Swiss carved linden wood tall case clock

The square silvered dial enclosed in an elaborate case surmounted by a figural pediment of William Tell and his son after the "Tell Monument" by Richard Kissling (1848-1919 Swiss) over a columned case carved with vining plants over a base carved with the "Lion of Lucurne" designed by Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770-1844 Danish) over the motto "Helvetiorum Fidei Ac Virtuti [To the loyalty and bravery of the Swiss]", the case further carved with the Swiss flag and Uri Canton flag
