A French gilt-bronze cartel wall clock

Late 19th/Early 20th Century
The clock with a white porcelain dial, black Roman numeral hour markers and outer minute track, and two train movement with a glazed bezel set in a gilt-bronze case with laurel leaf boughs and birds surmounted by an urn finial and terminating with a figural mask, finished with pierced, floral motif side panels
24" H x 11" W x 4.75" D

  • Condition: Overall good condition with minor scuffs and darkening/oxidation to bronze commensurate with age. Pierced side panels with breaks. Dial with rubbed wear and a chip around one winding hole. Lacking key. Working condition unknown. Moran's does not guarantee the working condition of clocks and watches.
