- Condition: Good condition overall. Very well made. Leather writing surface probably a replacement. With a slight buckle to one side of leather surface. Some rubbing and darkening to brass gallery. Structurally sound. General marks, nicks and scratches commensurate with age and use. Some fine cracking and minor lifting and losses to veneer in areas. Legs and stretcher extremely well carved. Upholstery to footrest with wear and some tears to edges as visible in catalogue photo. Left side of stretcher separated at joint and re-affixed, with a small loss to timber. No key.
