- Condition: Chair: height: 31" x 17" x 18"; height of seat: 17.75", width of seat: 17", depth of seat: 16.5". Good condition overall. Structurally sound. General light marks and scratches to surface commensurate with age and use. With some minor scuffing to top - black marks to back edge. Some fading to crestrail of chair. A fine crack to seat - does not affect stability. Wear to feet.
