  • Condition: Condition: Visual: An 'M'-shaped stable tear in the upper right along the edge and a 1'' vertical tear extending down from the upper left edge. A small water stain in the lower right corner. The paper with tiny raised bubbles in the upper right from when it was laid down. Three 2'' vertical creases or possibly stable tears extending up from the lower center edge. The paper with horizontal and vertical folding creases at the center. The paper with mild toning.
