Blacklight: Scattered areas and spots of touch-up in the sky, with a larger area in the upper left corner. Scattered areas and spots of touch-up on the buildings and on the foreground water. An area of touch-up on the white smoke near the Ferry Building tower approximately 3'' x 2''.
