- Condition: Overall 14.25 x 11.5. Good overall condition. With light marks and scratches to surface commensurate with age. With a .5" halo around plaque from previous frame. Should be able to be cleaned off. Plaque would benefit from a light cleaning overall. With hot glue residue to back where it was affixed to board. Frame with light marks and scratches. Rubbing to gilding. Minor chipped losses to carved elements."
