  • Notes: Before moving to California where Forsythe was born, the artist's parents ran a store in Tombstone, Arizona located next to the O.K. Corral. Growing up, Forsythe heard stories from his parents of fights between Marshal Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday and the Clanton-McLaury gang which served as inspiration for the present work as well as a 1952 oil painting with a very similar composition
  • Condition: Visual: Generally good condition. Minor toning and rippling to the paper. Not examined out of the frame.
