- Provenance: Provenance: Property belonging to the Conservatorship of the Collection of Colonel Paul and Alice Deems, Los Feliz, CA
- Condition: height of seat: 19.5", width of seat: 20.5", depth of seat: 19.5". Structurally sound. Timber slightly faded to a mellow nutty brown color. General marks and scratches, commensurate with age and use. With an old, well-matched repair to right arm support and to right front knee. Some fading and typical stains to upholstery. Left arm loose at joint of support, would benefit from resecuring. Wear to feet.
