  • Notes: Note: The Grove Park Inn is a resort within the Blue Ridge Mountains and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Edwin Wiley Grove began construction in 1912 and the Grove Park Inn opened on July 12, 1913. The Inn was furnished entirely with pieces from the Roycrofters, East Aurora, NY
  • Condition: Good condition overall. Structurally sound. With an overall honey color to timber. General marks, nicks and scratches commensurate with age and use. Some cracking to leather seat. Fading to back. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
