- Provenance: Provenance: Property belonging to the Conservatorship of the Collection of Colonel Paul and Alice Deems, Los Feliz, CA
- Condition: Very nicely constructed. Structurally sound. General marks, nicks and scratches, commensurate with age and use. Timber evenly faded and somewhat dry overall. With some septaration at joints of frame, one separation about .25", would benefit from reaffixing. Very light visible old woodworm.
