  • Condition: Overall fair to good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Painted surfaces of case with grime/soiling, rubbed wear, and losses. Metal hardware with tarnishing. Possible updates to hardware and lever. Front metal panel lacking applied decorative elements. Case with 1" chip to door by lock. Mechanism with a missing part. Working condition unknown. Includes key.
