A red and black silk satin front-wrap skirt with various embroidered dragons, pheasants, bats and deep water motifs and a blue silk lining and a pleated black silk cummerbund-style belt

A bright blue silk damask side zip skirt with large embroidered floral panels on navy blue silk, with auspicious characters such as bats and melons, and trimmed with bands of floral chenille embroidery

  • Condition: Each overall good condition with light dust accumulation and minor creasing commensurate with age and use. The green skirt with a few scattered minor stains and marks, some areas of loose trim including a 5" section of braid at one side hem. The red skirt with scattered minor spots, stains, and marks. The fabric with areas of minor abrasion to the weave. The lining with extensive pale staining to the blue lining overall. The blue skirt with a couple of areas of light wear to the front panel, with previous minor fold marks.

Shipping. As a courtesy to buyers, Moran provides a list of preferred shippers who are in the business of transporting antiques and works of art. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping estimates and deliveries. Moran, in its sole discretion and as a courtesy to buyers, may arrange to have purchased lots packed, insured, and forwarded by a third-party shipper at the request, expense, and risk of the buyer. In circumstances where Moran arranges for such third-party services, Moran may apply an administration charge of 15% of that service fee. Moran assumes no responsibility for acts or omissions in such packing or shipping by other packers or carriers, even if recommended by Moran. Moran also assumes no responsibility for any damage to picture frames or to the glass therein.
