- Condition: Structurally sound. General marks, nicks and scratches. Some minor nicked losses to timber in areas. Some separation to boards commensurate with age. With discoloration, wear and losses and enhancement to painted surface. Decoration to outset top of lower section largely gone. Replacements to hinges and pulls, as stated.
