Under the direction of the HR/Finance Director, the Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for the Customer experience; ensuring general phone calls and emails are answered in a timely manner, clients are properly vetted prior to being registered and bids are entered correctly. Attends various Fiduciary functions & events as a representative of the company and presents John Moran Auctioneers to new professional fiduciaries. Once business opportunities are established, he/she conducts walkthroughs and develops sale & marketing plans for disposition at auction. The Trusts & Estates Representative coordinates with property specialists to secure whole estate consignments and creatively crafting deals that best fit the estate’s individual needs and manages the consignment process throughout the life of the inventory at Moran’s.

John Moran Auctioneers is seeking Individuals interested in fine art, jewelry and collectible furniture & decorative arts to join our team as a member of preview staff. This is a part-time, as needed position that will participate in the auction process by helping clients locate property during previews as well as providing assistance throughout the auction process during sale day.
