  • Notes: Note: Accompanied by William Wendt's European travel sketchbook from St. Ives, England, August 1899, including landscapes, coastals and some portraits, mostly graphite with a few in colors; two copies of The American Magazine of Art, April 1916, Vol. 7, No. 6, which features an article on the artist: M.U. Seares, ''William Wendt'', pp. 232-235; and the book: N.D.W. Moure, ''William Wendt: 1865-1946'', Laguna Beach Museum of Art, Laguna Beach, CA, 1977
  • Condition: Visual: Painting: Generally good condition with very minor frame abrasion and discolored varnish. Sketchbook: Many pages loose and no longer attached to spine, spine coming apart, pages toned, with scattered soiling, worn edges and scattered stains. The cover with soiling and wear. Blacklight: Painting: No evidence of restoration under blacklight. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
