Possibly by Sara Fina Tafoya (1863-1949, Santa Clara Pueblo), the twin-handled jar with diagonally swirled ribs from the top of the handles to the bottom of the jar in burnished slip glaze
12.5" H x 9" W x 8.5" D

  • Condition: Overall good condition with shelf wear, scattered minor scuffs, and inherent firing flaws commensurate with age. Scattered areas of scratches/flaking to slip glaze surface. The rim with minor chips, a 0.5" vertical hairline, and a 2.5" repair. Two localized areas of heavier scuffing/scratching to the sides and foot. Scattered areas of crazing to the slip glaze.
