Case: Coin silver hunter case by A.T.& Co., #12596, engine-turned hinged covers, front with a shield, back cover centering floral engraving, hinged cuvette with engine-turned border and apertures for winding and setting, button for chronodrometer start and stop function

Notes: The present lot is one of the first American machine-made sporting stopwatches. Patented by John K. Biglow of Waltham, approximately 400 examples were made according to Waltham Factory ledgers.
