The first: post-1900, Sheffield, England, maker's marks of William Hutton & Sons, further marked ''MF / A'', and ''1884'', a pair of Edwardian candlesticks, each with an urn-form garland-adorned light raised on a squared tapering standard decorated with ram's head masks and foliate swags, on a wide squared base; the second: 1906-1912, with pineapple maker's mark of Ellis-Barker Silver Co., further marked ''S / England'', a reticulated and pierced footed bowl decorated with flowers, foliage and rocaille, 3 pieces, est: $300/500. Note: William Hutton & Sons acquired Creswick in 1900 and incorporated the company's crossed arrows mark into their own marks.

  • Condition: Overall good condition with scattered spots of tarnishing and scratches commensurate with age. Each candlestick with minor rubbed wear and scattered minute nicks to base. The bowl with two approximately .5''-wide areas slightly pushed in to domed base. Not monogrammed.
