Condition: The plaque alone: 12.5'' x 10'' W. The plaque: overall good condition. Light marks commensurate with age. The frame: General marks, rubbing and scratches commensurate with age. A repaired break to cresting- unstable. Seven additional repaired breaks to each of the four corners, to the right side, and to each side of the top. A few scattered minor chipped losses to gilding.
