The present lot includes: Levon West 'Strategic Retreat from Long Island', George Hand Wright 'Valley Forge - Army's Desperate Plight', Robert Nisbet 'The Surveyor's Assistant', Louis Conrad Rosenberg 'Washington, The Planter', Earl Horter 'Rallying the Troops at Braddock's Defeat', Allen Lewis 'The British Driven from Boston', Kerr Eby 'Stemming the Retreat at Monmouth' (two works, one black and white and one colored), Sears Gallagher 'Warning the French at Fort Le Boeuf' and Albert Sterner 'Preventing a Military Dictatorship'.
