Circa 1890, silver-topped yellow gold, set with 8 marquise and 12 round sapphires totaling approximately 2.40 ct., and 144 rose and old mine-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.00 ct and graded I-J color and SI clarity, centering a cultured pearl measuring 7mm., 23 grams 3 x 1.5'', with later added platinum chain, est:$1500/2000
