18K yellow gold centering a quilt-cut citrine measuring 18.8 x 15 x 11 mm, and gauged at approximately 16.50 cts, with diamond surround set with 102 full-cut round diamonds totaling approximately 1.30 cts, graded H-I color and VS-SI clarity, size 6, with sizing beads soldered, 16 gms, est:$1800/2200
