A Continental gold pique tortoiseshell cigarette case, 19th century, apparently unmarked, the rectangular hinged domed top above a conforming base, decorated overall with stylized bands, the top with central cartouche monogrammed ''GF'', est:$500/700
1.25'' H x 5.25'' W x 2.75'' D. Provenance: Property from a Private Los Angeles Collection. Condition: Good overall condition. Gold not marked- probably 14K or lower. General light marks and scratches. With strap loops possibly re-attached to interior. Tortoiseshell in very good condition. Opens and closes easily. Hasp closes case securely. This lot cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL
