Late 19th / early 20th century, depicting an Arthurian scene of a Medieval knight leaving the chamber of a scantily clad maiden, possibly Morgana or Thiten, suspended from a wrought iron bar. 101'' H x 63'' W, est:$1200/1800
Provenance: Property from the Estate of June Sears Rogers. Condition: Nicely executed. Some typical overall wear and fading but colors remain vibrant. With vertical and horizontal fade lines running down from top and in from sides at top tenth of panel. Formerly mounted to a frame- with evenly spaced holes evident along side borders. Some spotty staining to edges. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL
