A Louis XVI style ormolu & cut glass compote
Probably late 19th / early 20th century, the associated bowl with scalloped serrated rim above a brilliant-cut body, over an acanthus-cast stem with pierced foliate scrolls, over a plinth base above grotesque mask feet, 10.5'' H x 9'' Dia., est:$500/700

10.5'' H x 9'' Dia. Provenance: Property from a Private Newport Beach, CA Collection. Condition: Bowl associated, as stated. Bowl with a few rough edges to serrated tips of rim. With a chipped loss to inside edge and top point (0.5''). Bowl sits on base affixed with a sticky green adhesive. Ormolu nicely cast. General light marks, scratches and rubbing to surface. With some oxidized greenish polish residue to crevices. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL
