He took his inspiration from the splendor and fluidity of the Nike of Samothrace which he visited often in the Louvre, Paris. Provenance: Property of a Private Collector, Lake Sherwood, CA. Condition: The bronze: 20.5'' x 14'' x 14.5''. Good condition overall. Nicely cast. With a medium brown patina to surface overall. With light marks, scratches and rubbing to surface overall.
