The paintings are accompanied by copies and original typed letters between James Jervaise and Mr. & Mrs. Richard and Karen [Hale] Wookey regarding the payment schedule of the present works. The paintings are also accompanied by an undated hand-written letter of friendship from Jervaise to Richard Wookey (not directly relating to the paintings). The second: paint losses throughout and unstable areas of cupping and cracking paint throughout concentrated mainly in the left center, lower left and upper quadrants.
