signed and dated lower right: Zornes 69, signed again, titled and inscribed with artist's address on the original verso backing, watercolor on paper under glass, sight size: 14.5'' x 21.5''. Provenance: Property from a Private Collection, Claremont, CA, acquired directly from the artist 1950s-60s, by descent in the family. Condition: Visual: Generally good condition. Not examined out of the frame. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
