Louis XVI style painted canvas four panel screen, Late 19th/20th century, each panel with cartouche reserve depicting amorous couples and fetes champetres, suspending a ribbon-tied bouquet, the reverse covered in paisley fabric, with passementerie trim, est:$2000/3000

69'' H x 23.5'' W. Provenance: With Animal Art Antiques, New Orleans, LA; Property from a Laguna Beach Collection. Condition: Panels currently separated and with hanging wires affixed to back for wall mounting. Hinges still present and intact. Paintings nicely executed. With yellowing to surfaces overall. Intentionally distressed finish to imitate age. With some scattered minor losses to painted on edges, revealing white gesso and canvas underneath in areas. Fabric backing in good, clean condition. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL
