Sydney J. Yard (1855-1909 Monterey, CA), Lake in an atmospheric landscape, est:$1500/2000
signed and dated lower right: S.J. Yard 98, watercolor on paper laid to board under glass, paper size: 7.75'' x 14.25''. Condition: Visual: Generally good condition with two spots of foxing in upper center and a diagonal surface smudge in center left. Very minor toning in sky and minor mat burn along far edges. Backing board hinged to back mat with archival tape along edges. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
