signed and dated lower right: T. Hill 1900, oil on canvas laid to canvas, 19'' x 23.5''. Provenance: The Estate of Thomas Hill (see stretcher bar stamp); John Thum, Glendora, CA; given to the parents of the present owner on the occasion of their wedding, circa 1927; Private Collection, San Diego, CA. Condition: Visual: Generally good condition. Minor stable craquelure mainly located in center. One pinhole-sized dot of paint loss in lower left quadrant. Blacklight: No evidence of restoration under blacklight. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
