signed and dated lower left: Edmund D. Lewis 1879, watercolor and gouache on paper laid to board, image size: 7.5'' x 11.75''. Note: Paper dimensions: 10'' x 14''. Provenance: Property from the Dixie R. Mark Trust. Condition: Visual: Paper is heavily burned and toned throughout. Paper laid to board as stated. With abrasions, mat paper residue, and glue residue in margin edges of paper. A .5'' well-repaired puncture along left center edge, corresponding patch verso. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
