signed lower middle: Paul Sample, watercolor on paper under glass, sight size: 7'' x 9.5''. Provenance: Property from an Estate, Hancock Park, CA. Condition: Visual: Generally good for age. Slight discoloration to far right and left margins. Not examined out of frame. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL.
