Centering a pear-shaped diamond weighing 5.79 cts, with a GIA certificate 2115073210 dated August 25, 2009 stating J color and VS1 clarity, flanked by two tapered baguette-cut diamonds totaling 0.30 cts and graded I-J color and VS clarity. Shank is expandable from 3.5 mm - 5.5 mm, est:$65,000/75,000
