initialed with estate stamp lower left: C.C.C., watercolor on paper under glass, paper size: 11.5'' x 9''. Note: With artist estate stamps verso. Provenance: Property of an Important Private Collection, Hidden Hills, CA. Condition: Visual: A small scattered area of spots of stain along the right center edge and other minor spots of stain and a few spots of foxing throughout concentrated mainly along the edges and in the sky. Minor soiling to the edges and the upper left and right extreme corners. Hinged in the upper left and right corners and framed floating on an archival mat.
