signed lower right: Rix, signed again on the stretcher: Julian Rix, oil on canvas laid to canvas, 16'' x 24''. Provenance: Property from an Important Private Collection, Westlake Village, CA. Condition: Visual: Stable craquelure throughout. Blacklight: A 1'' vertical repaired tear with very minor touch-up on the tree in the upper right quadrant and a quarter-sized area of touch-up in the lower left quadrant. A few other minor scattered dots of touch-up throughout.
