signed lower left: A.W. Best, oil on canvas, 16'' x 24''. Provenance: Property of an important Private Collection, Hidden Hills, CA. Condition: Visual: Generally good condition with minor paint shrinkage and craquelure in the dark pigments on the trees on the left side. Blacklight: Touch-up due to frame abrasion along the four edges and scattered dots of touch-up concentrated mainly in the lower left quadrant.
