A yellow sapphire and diamond ring, 14K white gold, centering an oval yellow sapphire gauged at approximately 7.60 cts, flanked by 6 full-cut round diamonds totaling 1.20 cts, and graded J-L color and SI - I clarity, est:$1800/2200
