signed and dated lower right: G. Sheridan Knowles 1901, signed again and titled on an original label affixed to the frame, oil on canvas, 36'' x 20''. Provenance: The Carroll Gallery, Toronto, Canada (see label verso); Property from a Private Collector, Beverly Hills, CA. Condition: Visual: Generally good condition with minor stable scattered craquelure throughout. Blacklight: No evidence of restoration under blacklight.
