Douglass Fraser (1883-1955 Vallejo, CA), The Green Hill, 12''x16'', est:$1500/2000
signed and dated lower right: Douglass Fraser 1945, signed again and titled on an artist's label affixed to the stretcher, oil on canvas, 12'' x 16''. Condition: Visual: Generally good condition with stretcher bar creases and a small spot of loss on the crease in the left center quadrant. Stable craquelure concentrated mainly in the center. A few spots of framing gold paint on the painting surface in the lower center quadrant. Blacklight: No evidence of restoration under blacklight.
