50'' H x 38.5'' W. Provenance: Property of a Private Pasadena, CA Collector. Condition: Visual: The tacking edges were removed and the canvas was lined to another canvas. Stable craquelure throughout and minor frame abrasion. Minor surface abrasions on the figure's head and to the left of the figure. Some areas of oxidation to the surface. Blacklight: Evidence of older restoration on the figure's face, chest and hands, on the dog's head, and scattered in the background. Difficult to read under heavy masking varnish.
