Late 19th c, marked ''WS&S / 645'', in the Renaissance style, with banded rim decorated with griffons and acanthus scrolls over a tapering stem, decorated with knights and with lion mask handles to sides, over a reeded base, decorated with foliate scrolls interspersed with grotesque masks, on cartouche-form feet, 18.25'' H x 9 Dia., est:$500/700
18.25'' H x 9 Dia. Provenance: Property of a Private Pasadena, CA Collector. Condition: Good condition overall. Well executed relief decoration. Nicely painted. General light marks and scratches to surface overall. Gilding to top rim edge largely rubbed. Gilding also rubbed on bottom half of ring handles. Some minor scattered inherent firing flaws to surface. Mix of glossy and matte glazing.
